NULL PENDANT is an amulet, wielded from level 66.

The requirement cuts both ways: nothing below level 66 ever drops one, and a hero below it banks the find rather than wearing it.

A pendant cut from the quiet the Rift leaves behind. Held to the ear it gives back not silence but the exact absence of a sound you know.
