THE SITE SURVEYOR is one of the rank and file on THE MOON, a place of ghosts.
It is not fighting anybody. Blades pass through it and its own touch is harmless, and it will talk to you — though how that conversation goes is up to you, and it can end with this one swinging.
A survey ghost still walking the grid he was paid to walk, pole over one shoulder, refusing to stop at the edge of the map because the edge of the map was drawn by people who lied to him about what was under it. He does not haunt anywhere in particular. He is simply always somewhere else.
