EVENT HORIZON LOCKET is an amulet, wielded from level 74.

The requirement cuts both ways: nothing below level 74 ever drops one, and a hero below it banks the find rather than wearing it.

It opens. It has always opened. What is inside is a picture of the moment before, and it is a different moment every time you look.
