CRYSTAL ORB is a trinket, wielded from level 16.
The requirement cuts both ways: nothing below level 16 ever drops one, and a hero below it banks the find rather than wearing it.
A fortune-teller's orb from someone who vanished mid-séance, prophecy unfinished. It still shows the future; the future is mostly incoming.
What it does
